Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping to the US ONLY! For orders outside the US, please contact us at info@brooklynbiharn.com.
When will I get my order?
- Physical products that are being shipped from Brooklyn, NY will be fulfilled within seven days of placing an order unless other specified. Estimated transit time is 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Digital products are sent instantaneously to the email address provided when placing an order. Please check your SPAM or OTHER inbox before reaching out if you don't see your order.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before reaching out, please:
- Check your shipping confirmation email to verify the delivery address.
- Consult your local post office.
- Check with your neighbors.
If the address was correct and the package is neither at the post office nor with your neighbors, contact us with your order number. If there was an address error, we can send a replacement; however, you'll be responsible for the shipping cost.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, email us within a week with photos of the damage, your order number, and any other relevant details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
